Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and replying with the word unsubscribe works just as well. Opt-outs are permanent: the address goes on a suppression list that is checked before every send, across every campaign and every domain we operate, and there is no mechanism to remove it.
You can also ask us to delete your details outright rather than suppress them — though note that deletion means we no longer have a record not to contact you.
